Minipresso NS - Coffee Pods
Rubra CoffeeMinipresso NS uses capsules to prepare espresso. The advantage is that the coffee is ground, measured, tamped, with higher precision than we are capable of doing. There is very little left for error, so your espresso is great every time. It's also more convenient, mess-free and easier to clean after use. Minipresso NS is your best choice to quickly enjoy up to 45 ml of delicious espresso at home, in the office and on the go.
INSTRUCTIONS

FAQ
How good is the extraction?
The extraction capability of the Minipresso won't disappoint you. 116 psi is exactly the pressure produced by traditional piston-driven espresso machines. Minipresso produces at ambient condition (75°F, 24°C), an espresso at the perfect temperature (152°F, 67°C in a cup) with a nice compact and persistent crema on top.
Does the pumping require a lot of force?
Not really! The whole process is much easier and faster than to inflate a bicycle tire with a hand pump. Depending on the coffee package, the compression force required may vary from 6 to 12 Kg. However we recommend to hold Minipresso with two hands during the use. This method needs less arm strength.
Does the Minipresso heat up the water?
No! In order to drink a hot espresso, you will have to fill the water tank with hot water.
Does the Minipresso need maintenance?
Out of respect to the machine, a minimum maintenance is necessary. This will ensure a long life cycle to Minipresso. We recommend to clean, under running water, the cup and the coffee adapter compartments after each use. The water tank only needs to be dried with a cloth. Do NOT place Minipresso in the dishwasher.
What's the difference between the Nanopresso and the Minipresso?
The Nanopresso offers more bars of pressure than its predecessor the Minipresso - giving a better extraction of espresso. It also has slightly more water capacity, made with stronger materials and is lighter than the Minipresso. The Nanopresso has the ability to 'adapt' (has adapters for the same model) to change from using ground coffee to capsules - the Minipresso can only have one function depending on the model.
