Refund policy

Returns and Refunds
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund, exchange or return.

To be eligible for a refund, exchange or return, your item must be faulty or in a non-consumable state. Food product returns can be negotiated with reasonable justification of the product being faulty or of a lower standard than the product is regularly manufactured. The legitimacy of a reasonable justification made by the customer for a return, exchange or refund is to be deemed by Rubra Coffee.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Completing a return
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Returning a product deemed faulty or non-consumable is at the expense of Rubra Coffee, unless otherwise negotiated. 

To return, exchange or refund an item, please contact mail@rubra.com.au or call 08 9314 6299. Please retain all packaging and/or product to be returned.

Information needed for a refund, exchange or return includes:

  • Full name
  • Order number
  • Item(s) for return or exchange
  • Address for exchange

Please note, the refund amount can only be reimbursed onto the customer card used to make the original payment.
