Can I pick up my order?
Yes! We have pickup available from our O'Connor Warehouse or Hilton Drive Through.
How do I track my order?
Australia Post: You will receive an email once your order is shipped with a tracking number
Aramex: A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched. If you are not home at the time of delivery and no authority to leave has been given, Aramex will try again the next day or leave a collection card.

Australia Post deliveries will not be left unattended. If you'd like to have your parcel left unattended, please log in or make an Australia Post account here
By opting for an Authority to Leave without a signature, you accept that we cannot be held responsible for your order if any parcel tracking shows that the parcel has been delivered. Your parcel will typically only be left if there is a place deemed to be safe to leave the parcel. Unfortunately, we cannot control this process as this is dependent on both the carrier and the circumstances for each individual delivery.
