Order Pickup Locations

Selecting a pickup location for your order can be done so through the checkout, after your details have been entered. Two locations are allocated as designated pickup locations:

1. Rubra Warehouse - 11 Jones St, O'Connor 

• Next day pickups for almost all products if orders are placed before 10am. Single origin coffees will need to be roasted and therefore may take up to 2 days before ready to be picked up. 
• Monday - Friday, 7:30am - 4pm
• Visit our retail shop to pickup your order

2. Rubra on the Go Hilton - 180 Carrington St, Hilton - Drive Through

• Your order will be ready to be picked up after 1-2 working days.
• This is a drive-through location only - a motor vehicle is required. 
• Monday - Saturday, 6am - 4pm & Sundays from 7am - 1pm.

To ensure your order is ready when you visit, please wait until you receive an email from us. Please note, this is a separate email from our order confirmation.
