All coffees from this crop are shade-grown under native trees reducing the need
for chemical fertilisers & pesticides, This encourages local fauna & maximises soil
retention. All coffees are selectively hand-picked & pulped using an eco-pulper,
fermented, washed & mechanically dried for 36 hours.
