The Toddy Cold Brew System is designed to make "coffeehouse" calibre coffee which can be served hot or iced cold. 

After much testing, we’ve come up with the perfect formula to create a cold brew from our already low acidic coffee blend Chantico. To make the whole process even easier, we’ve teamed this with the Toddy Cold Brew System™. All you need to do is mix the coffee with the water in the brewing container and leave it overnight. The next morning you remove the plug from the bottom of the brewing unit and decant the cold brew into the glass decanter provided. The concentrated brew that is produced can then be stored in your refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.

The Toddy consists of: brewer with handle, glass decanter with lid (replacements available), 2 reusable filters, a rubber stopper (replacements also available) and the instructions and recipe booklet.

TempTag is a sticker designed to give an instant indication when milk is at its optimum serving temperature for preparing milk-based coffees. Once the milk reaches the ideal temperature, the colour will react, giving an instant indication that the milk is ready to be served. TempTag's patented technology has been developed for full cream and skim milk, while another has been specially developed for soy milk to allow for the optimal heating temperature on the different varieties of milk. (65 deg C for Full Cream & Skim - 58 deg C for Soy). The performance of the TempTag is expected to display accurately for 3-6 months depending on the usage.  

This short coffee thermometer offers a food grade finish and suits jugs up to 600ml. The dial is 35 mm and stem is 140mm. Temp Range is 0 to 100 deg C and has a coloured band showing the best temperature for milk. Comes with clip & protective sleeve.
